Lost my character

Hi i had a human warrior lv 80 named "Sympatheticc" if im not mistaken, it was my first carachter, i played on frostmourn season 2 maybe, and i cant find it on armory to transfer it to icecrown. its like she disappeared. where is it?
can someone help me pls??

Go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services and select Frostmourne S2 and begin character transfer to Icecrown.

but i think they were from S1. they dont show up there.

Characters on Frostmourne S1 are gone and no longer can be transferred.
