if frostmourne, you need to transfer the character to icecrown:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm
On icecrown
I was looking if I can restore my character but even there my warr is nowhere to be found. His name was Skolacina i think or Ckola.
It would look like somebody had access to your account, to your knowledge or not, and cleaned your character(s) and deleted them after.
Is it possible to restore them ?
