Account status: Suspended

So. Several days ago, i logged in my account via my mobile carrier internet and now i have a red message "Your IP Address (212.5.xxx.xx) has been terminated due to Advertising"

I can't create a ticket because of "Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising. "

I got a SMS code, and activated my account. I can log in game, only the website is giving me headache.

Can admins please help.

I don't own the banned ip and no longer use it.

I didn't advertise anything anywhere.
