Well. Something happened and now i do not get any notifications in chat when my skills are improved. And i can`t join LocalDefence chat. I`ve already tried to reinstall the game. Pls help. This only occurs with one of my characters

Right click the chat tab, Settings, Other, enable Skill-ups
