Starting Knight of Ebon Blade

I recently got a DK to level 80 and wanted to start getting rep. I've never done the ebon blade rep before so I looked up how to do it but I could never find the starting quest. Also looked that up and said I had to do the Crusade Pinnacle. I did that and yet I still have no quest. Someone please help and I hope this is the right place to look for help.

Did you check Dalaran's Krasus' Landing for "Preparations for War" quest?
Do you have Cold Weather Flying?
Do you have any reputation with Knights of the Ebon Blade?

These are the things needed. Hint: don't take the offered flight,its bugged and won't take you to the ship. Fly to it manually.
