is tailor+ench good for every class?

or is something else more important? lets say engi for hunter.

Tailor+Ench is good for making gold and gearing yourself up.
BiS stat wise is JC+BS, and utility BiS is Engi+JC.

Tailoring is not good for tanks because it gives no useful bonuses to them.

Enchanting is weaker for strength users because it gives ap instead of strength
