Trying to transfer to Icecrown

Dear GM,

I'm trying to transfer some characters over from last season's Frostmourne to Icecrown, but it keeps saying my account needs to be offline to complete the transfer. I don't have the client open and, as far as I know, I'm as logged out as I can be without logging out of the Warmane website, which would prohibit me from starting the transfer process in the first place. Any way I can fix this? Thanks in advance!

Restart your PC and then do it before you open WoW. I know it's dumb and doesn't make sense but that used to work for me when I had issues with putting things on trade system.
