Transfer from Frostmourne to Icecrown

Hello, I made a huge mistake when I created my champions on Frostmourne, I didn't know it has some kind of season raids and dungeons that will be put every 4 or whatever months, anyway I would like to play the real Wow, wasting my time on killing the Lich king not doing stupid Naxx's every week.

Please I don't want to restart everything from the beginning so can anyone help me please.

Why do you ask for help on forum, if you apparently can't read rules and realms info/tweaks? Like that characters will be transferred only after season ends? That there is no interactions between realms?
