Logged with a banned IP (dynamic IP)

Greeting,

I come to you to ask for help with my situation. As i logged today to warmane site from work, i was surprise by what happened, i logged with a banned IP ,(PS: in my country "ALGERIA" we all have Dynamic IP ,specified by the internet provider), which restrict me from accessing to multiple options such as lottery i think it's due to account status that has changed to Suspended, although at the moment I am connected with a different IP (my home). Meanwhile i can normally log into the game and play.

Did you read past the first three lines?

Yeah ,yeah my mistake, i rushed it.(i sent email btw). Now its fine my account has been cleared, thanks to admins staff and everyone.
