Disconnecting every 15 minutes

Have played on the server for a little over a month now, but recently I find myself getting disconnected every 15 minutes to couple hours, seemingly at random. My internet is working fine, havent touched settings or installed anything new to the client like addons and such for a while. Usually it will be running perfectly fine, then my ping will shoot up to 160 and then I'll be disconnected. After a couple minutes I can reconnect and then the issue will occur another 15 minutes later.
