Staff contact

Hello,

from in-game ticket was telling me to send a private message to GM for more information. I was contacting a few GMs but after weeks no answer, is there someone reading DM? I have a topic to speak with someone from the staff, otherwise, it might make some flamewar.

looks like no staff/GM here :( only forum moderators.

GMs hardly ever do anything in the Forum, as their tasks are in-game. It would be counterproductive to have their time used here.
What exactly did you get told to contact a GM on the Forum for? I can't really think of many situations that would ever be necessary.
