My heros in Icerown missing.

Hi,
I had two developed characters that were supposed to be transferred to icecrown at the end of the forstmourne season, but those characters are gone, everything has been deleted. I want my characters back it's my wasted time and I want to play with them. I also had a lot of money in them.

Did you check Barracks after you transferred your chars?

They don't get transferred automatically. You have to go to Services on website and transfer the characters to Icecrown.
