Character Trade System EOFs / Marks

Hi lads!

I'm looking for some informations about Character trade System.
After browsing the forum i'm still not sure/do not understand fully the system, hopefully some of you can help me!

I want to sell a character with EOFs, some say they're gonna get deleted, some say the opposite.
Some people said if you sell with full inventory they dont get deleted.

My question is, if i want to keep the price low, but still want to sell Character with EOFs, will including full inventory but deleting all items work?
Will it show same price as WITHOUT inventory included but with EOFs included?
Also, what happens to the T10 marks?
