I have since i made my accounted not been able to collect points. Every time I click it tells me I dont have any points to collect. My friends tell me they have points to collect every 24 hours? I have missed at lot now.. :( Please help!

you can do it once you have at least 1000 achievement points on your account
but characters on Frostmourne and Blackrock realm are ignored
