Weird problem but my FPS is locked to 60 FPS at all times, console commands vsync etc dont work. The FPS unlocks instantly when I open chrome and log on Warmane.com. If I open any other website it doesn't unlock and if I zone out of the website by opening YouTube or something in a new tab the FPS goes back to 60. PLEASE HELP
Okay further investigation. FPS also unlocks if I open any website that uses my GPU to render, if I have a running youtube video the fps uncaps, if I run a twitch stream it also uncaps. I have a 3070 and 12700K. This issue started happening like 4 days ago
Rollback your GPU driver? It is old game and 30xx generation shouldn't even have it in list of supported applications
