GCD Bug with Ret paladin's 2x T10 set bonus?

Is anyone else experiencing any GCD(global cooldown) issues on their ret paladins? When divine storm reset procs from 2x t10 set bonus sometimes I have no GCD but I become unable to cast any spells, it feels like after the proc GCD triggers again but there is no visual for it in action bar so you get stuck with everything ready but unable to cast anything

Well, you cant cast, even if GCD is invisible, it's there.

yes, still happening last night !
it shows DS as available, but it doesnt cast when i push the button.
