Blocking flight master with mount not against ToS?

Hi,

I reported two players blocking the flight master in Dalaran with their mammuths (also recorded a video and put it on Youtube and included link).

I got as response:

"Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your issue as we do not provide support for such cases."

No, it isn't, because there are multiple ways to completely go around their supposed blocking.

Go inside the blocker, zoom in and the blocked can't be seen.
Enable friendly unit nameplates and keybind "Interact with target".

you can aswell rightclick the friendly nameplate to interact
