Missing quests?

Hello everyone.

I'm new to the server, just started with my character and i apologize if this isn't the right place to say this.
I'm currently at the Valley of trials in Durotar and i noticed that for example these 3 quests Burning Blade Medallion, Report to Sen'jin Village and Vile Familiars is nowhere to be found https://wotlkdb.com/?npc=3145 .

is it a bug or what's going with these quests? Have i done something wrong for them not showing up?

What class are you? Those aren't available to everyone. Only warlocks.

I have the same problem on Frostmourne playing Warlock (this quest is not only for Warlock)
