Seal of Wrynn lost

Somehow i lost my Seal of Wrynn (twinking ring), and i dont know how to get it back. Can you make another ring to me, or let me do the questline "An Audience with the King" or "Report on the Defias Brotherhood" again?

GMs don't do either of those things, barring a couple specific cases, such as when class progress can get blocked.
