Unable to turn in two complete quests.

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this. I made a ticket in-game yesterday too.

I have two Howling Fjorde quests that on my character Gildarth on Frostmourne that I can't turn in: 'Book of Runes' and 'Marching of Giants'
Both are complete and should be turned in at: 'Prospector Belvar' and 'Researcher Aderan' respectively.
Neither NPC has a quest complete marker even though all objectives are finished.

I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't blocking me from completing the Howling Fjorde quest achievement.

Have you tried abandoning the quests and doing them again?

I would've rather not, but you're right in that being an option worth trying though so I did.
I abandoned the quests, but now I can no longer accept those quests again.
Now I really am stuck on my howling fjorde progress. >.<

I have the same problem, after doing this two quests (The Book of Runes takes a long time by the way, the drops are random), the two quests givers offer no option to hand them out. No interrogation point above their head and we can't even talk to them anymore.

I also would like to talk about two other quests in the Howling Fjord that are bugged :
- Send Them Packing : you have to /raise your hand at Abandonned Pack Mules, which is supposed to send them back to the Westguard Keep. Some mules don't even react to the gesture, and even when they do, it does not register the objective
- Danger! Explosives! : you have to throw dynamite at ore blocks in the Whisper Gulch. Each ore blown up creates small fragments on the ground that you then have to pick up, 3-4 at a time. But they despawn so fast that you barely have time to pick one up, which is not how this quest is supposed to work

First use the search feature to see if someone else has already reported the issue. If no one has, then create one ticket for each one of the quests that is broken.
