Not getting the loot while fishing

I 'm fishing for Imperial Manta Rays at Moa' ki Harbor on the Icecrown server and at this particular pool I can 't loot whatever I caught. The looting tab appears to be empty. I am lvl 80 and have maxed out the fishing skill so there 's no reason I 'm not able to loot what i caught

I have experienced this bug at the destroyed tuskarr village to the north too, where dragonfin angel fish can be fished out. Not sure what causes it.
