Cannot speak in Global

hey guys so when i type /5 to speak in global my game doesnt register that im in the channel and if i go onto chat settings Global is there but i cant leave it? any ideas please?

try do /join global

if doesnt work. relog, do /leave global
then do /join global.

it doesnt show global on my chat settings .. yet its still coming through lol
