I am trying to figure out how much exactly it costs to create, for example, a Flask of the Frost Wyrm. From what I've seen in the database, there's a 16.6% chance of getting between 1 and 7 additional flasks when creating one. What I don't know is: is the amount of extra flasks uniformly distributed, or is it more likely to get fewer flasks?
I always thought it's simply 15% chance and each proc has the same chance for another proc.
I read the code and you are completely right, although the chance is exactly 17%
Turns out there's a 0.000410339% chance that you will get 16 flasks in one cast!

best I have gotten is few x6 procs, one of them was flasks, 12 flasks appearing made me feel all fuzzy and tingly
