i stop playing 4years now when i come back to play all my Character deleted
Few options:
They are waiting for renames (can't see them on armory) and not deleted.
They weren't exempt of inactive characters deletion during inactivity cleanup.
They are on realms that no longer exists, transfers are no longer available. Only exception being Frostmourne S2 characters.
Somebody has/had access to your account. Cleaned it for what it's worth and deleted characters. Probably happened too long time ago for the characters to be able to be restored.
