Question about closed tickets

Does closed tickets in Warmane site dissaper after a while?

I have tickets from seven years ago that haven't disappeared yet.

Is there any way for some moderator to delete it? i have OCD and is killing me seeing it there xP

No, and personally I wouldn't even if I was able to.
Always good to keep a record of what people have asked help with in the past.

But you could still be able to see it at your end, so why i couldnt delete it? same way you can see the ban log still after the year of normal standing.

The ticket system isn't made to work like that.
