my char is gone

i have a problem with my char is gone from frostmourne server, im comeback play again since 2 years vacum. i dont what season that i play on that day but i remember my warmane account is created from October 12, 2020. is there any way to restore it ?

my char name is "Xenorius" DK lv 80 with around 4.8k GS, last guild name that i play is "Indobg"

but im currently play again using that same name since my char is gone, so its my account is getting banned or something ? because for 2 years vacum ? my warmane account recent history there's no activity about my char is gone / getting hacked.

I'll quote from the server features of frostmourne: "Transfers are made manually from the Services tab of your My Account page. You have to select "Frostmourne - S2" in the first drop-down, which will load all characters available to be transferred on the second one. Transfers aren't instantaneous, it can take some time for the transfer to finish. There's also a cap of 3000 transfers at any one time, so if you get told we are at that limit just try a little later."

If your character isnt in that list anymore it's from season 1 of frostmourne which means the toon is gone entirely. No, it won't get restored. You've not been banned or hacked it's just one of the designfeatures you accepted when you started playing on frostmourne put to work since it's a seasonal realm.

im sorry, im clearly have no idea about the seasonal realm transfer system work, i thought it will automatically transfer to icecrown. im just feeling useless to put amount of hundreds hours to my character for nothing and now is gone forever.

Thing is you had an entire year with multiple announcements to do a task which took ~30s to do and save your character.

If you put hundreds of hours into your character it's not too much to ask for to do so.
