Ticket for item refund

I bought the Ashen Verdict ring thinking I would get the reputation needed for it also (what's the point of putting the ring for sale if it requires reputation when you can just get it yourself if you already have the reputation?). In the in-game ticket I got the answer to submit a premium ticket (on the support tab on the site) because refunds are eligible for 24h after buying the item.
Now, almost 10 hours after I submitted the premium ticket, still no response. In about an hour, those 24h pass. Will I still be able to get the refund since I submitted the ticket on time, far before the 24h time limit?

You must open the ticket within 24 hours, that's all. The reply can, and most often will, take longer.

how i can to return this items and than purchased on another character name?

In category you choose "Item misbuy"

Then in Subject/Description you type whatever you want. "I bought these items by mistake, they were meant for another character, please refund"

Then in Item selection you choose the items that you would like to see refunded (ctrl+click to select several ones)

I can't select the "missbuy" category because it doesn't exist

Then more than 24 hours have elapsed since you bought the items and you can't refund them anymore. (Or perhaps you're logged into the wrong account...)

You could do general inquiry -ticket to see if they'd still help. Link the thread I guess.
