cant donate

i donated in the past, but now i cant seem to get it.
Mint doesn't work and Faster pay gives me Transaction declined
We weren't able to authorize your card. Please try again.
Any help ?
I downloaded faster pay App, i can see my previous donations through their history.
Im unsure what to do

Contact fasterpay for support.

They had really bad rep on trustpilot review eebsite, apparently on some occasions it takes days if not weeks even a month to reply I don't consider it an option
