Nerf old content?

The old timewalking Tempest Keep/SSC, and raids EOE/OS/Nax/Ulduar just feel harder and more frustrating than they were at release because people are coming in with alts, or are fresh to the server. I just ran a nax25 pug that took nearly 4 hours, despite carrying only 5 people that were under 3.8k gs, and it was still frustratingly hard to get people moving.

People just want gear from old raids, no hassles, yet the tuning is too hard to ignore, especially for 10 mans. I would like to see these nerfed so people can get to what they want to do, current hard content. (or even better, add an ICC-like NPC that buffs the players or nerfs bosses and rewards more drops if you tell them to make the raid harder)
