So basically im a spellhancement shaman player in frostmourne realm.
After achieving hit and expertise caps should i gem myself with as many reckless (spell power/haste) gems as i can or is it better to go for purely quick(haste) gems?
I was thinking that reckless would boost the damage of the ft procs, fire nova, magma totem etc but maybe pure haste is better as it increases the amount of times ft/maelstrom would proc.
Pretty sure spellpower itself is still a poorer stat compared to AP or pure Haste, but I'll let the experts weigh in on this. But one definitely shouldn't go Reckless Ametrines!
There's also some correlation between hit and crit cap to consider as well.
Hit/exp cap > haste > crit > agi > ap > sp
That the stat priority as spellhance.
Never gem or enchant for sp.
Hit cap depends on your crit rating.
For red slots use 10 hit/10 exp or 20 exp
For yellow 20 hit or 20 haste
Also double berserk gives more dps than black magic.
