Hello, I logged on after a long time (about an year) on the Lordaeron server and both my characters are missing. If I click on Change realm button, the Lordaeron realm, at Characters tab I have the number (2), but they are gone. Is there a way to restore them?
My friend also has the same problem.

I have the same problem. I Havent deleted the characters and they are gone.

1. I looked for my characters in the game, by launching World of Warcraft. On the right of the screen I should have the 2 characters, but I have none. On top right of the screen I have the Change Realm button. On Lordaeron realm it says - 2. I don't see any characters on the website, or perhaps I don't know where to look. How do I set new names?
2. My account is not premium.
3. My chars were low level, about 26 and 18 I think.
