Level 6 character suddenly can't be played, "name already exists."

Character I was playing until level 6 suddenly got DCed and cannot be played, it provides an error saying "character with that name already exists." What should I do? I cannot seem to place a ticket, and I can't find anything in the FAQ about this issue. Where should I look, or who should I contact?

Yes, that happens for 20 seconds after you disconnect. You are a bit impatient!

Haha, I've been told. I'm in work mode so when I see a problem I just "send it up the ladder" so to speak and move on with nary a thought. I'm able to log in now and will keep in mind that this happens, thank you!
