I up my level but spell critical repeat up and down, why?

As you level up, the requirements for Crit% from stats is increased. That's why a level 1 rogue with agl enchants can get like 98% crit and 99% dodge.

I would also like to inform you that all of your non base stats (crit, haste, so on) require more bonuses as you level up. For this example, we will simplify.

THESE STATS ARE NOT WHAT YOU NEED, IT'S JUST FOR EXAMPLE.

If at level 10 it took 10 INT to increase CRIT by 1%, at level 20, it will only raise your crit by .5% meaning you would need 20int for the same bonus.

IF at level 10 it took 10 Crit Rating to increase your overall Crit by 1%, at level 20 it will only raise your Crit by .5% meaning you need 20 crit rating.
