Is initialization scheduled on the frostmourne server?

I can't see that many friends around the world.

There is a continuing trend of population decline.

But the fact that azeroth is occupied by a handful is really sweet.

Everyone is in Northrend, old world takes few days to level through.
Saying anything about population is just pointless, you don't have data.
