the login just doesnt co-oporate (please someone help)

no matter what i do i get this message when trying to log in and icecrown doesnt appear under the terms of use button , ive attempted any way shape or form to make it work

correct username and password

the ream thing is set corret to "logon.warmane.com"

all the needed files are executable

is this problem just on the steam deck or is it currently a general login problem

is there a proper fix to it or am I stuck waiting till needing to torrent it once again
