How to make a change of factions?

I would like to know if there is a different way to change factions without the need to use coins?, or at least transfer the Gearscore of a character to another of a different faction?. For example, create a new PJ of the same class, raise it to 80 and use the items from my other PJ from the previous faction, that is, the item is linked to the account.

Or finally, to know if there is a way to get coins without donating, and thus save to buy the faction change?

Faction change options are either with coins or points. Some services are not available on all realms, so check out your realm's services.

Coins can be obtained either by donating, using trade section as a premium user, or be receiving coin gifts.
Beware, paying for coin gifts is against the rules. Your account will be banned if found guilty of this. Not to mention you'll lose your money, as it's 99.9% a scam.
