Where muh gold?!

Is there a reason why I haven't received the gold I purchased for 9 hours? I've read the other threads and in there people are complaining about not receiving the items they purchased after 45 mins to maybe 2, 3 hours. Meanwhile, I've been waiting for 9 hours on top of the 3 day wait just to get the gold I need.

That other thread also mentions queues due to New Year purchases or gifts or sth, which I very much doubt is the situation here, so what's up? I'm not mad or anything, just confused and in need of the gold I purchased with my own money.

Double check if you bought it on realm and character you wanted.

Maybe open a ticket here on site to learn what happened.

Check the trading tab where your gold went, and if it arrived on that character.
