update ToS for harassment

So current policy does not specify chat harassment except for Racial or Cultural discrimination. The rules found here https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037

I would suggest adding language to the policy that protects players from excessive toxic conversation such as but not limited to

-Telling a player to kill themself, suggestions of suicide.
-Excessive bullying in a way to could discourage a player from continuing to play the game.
-threats of physical harm/dox

while a simple Ignore action on the part of the receiver of verbal harassment can stop that one player from continuing to he harasses, it does not stop the toxicity at the source, meaning it continues to many other players. I would suggest toxic chat be punished by a 7 day ban.

There is already harassment rule, where all of this is already covered - fully and without loopholes,
but here are my thoughts:

- Telling someone to kill themselves has been a part of any language in the world for thousands and thousands of years. It's nothing to worry about. There is no way any rules would remove this, it would end up with "go push up daisies" instead of "kill yourself". Lots of work for exactly nothing, 0 use.
Abut "suggestions" and such, that's something for local authorities.

- This one is really trippy, if someone is getting "bullied" they close the game and it ends right there. But you want people to endure it(collect evidence), which is supposed to be way beyond just casual everyday trashtalk to be a fact of "bullying". If someone is willing to pay with their mental health and piece of mind to play the game - it's not anything real, it's just a way to retaliate to someone. It wont "protect" anything.

- Physical harm/dox is something already personal, any actions from Warmane will not help in any way as there are 999 other platforms where it will continue.
