If card payments are enabled for your country, send your paypal money to your bank account and then pay using your debit card.
u cant donate from Serbia and today i gave my freind acc to donate for me in Austria and he couldnt it says ,,payment to risky" after that he tried again and now its says ,,account suspended" atm waiting answer on ticket
