1. Coin gifting, done via https://www.warmane.com/account/services (select realm and random character, currency as Coins). Remember to select correct realm and character name to send the coins to.
2. Coins are per account, not per character/faction/realm. Although you use character names and realms to gift them.
Consider it as money on your bank account. Your bank (Warmane) holds your money (coins). And you can send money (coins) to other person's bank account (other account's character). Then they can spend the money (coins) how they want, where they and and when they want (on character 1, 2 or 3, trade [if premium] or store).
