Help I was accidentally IP banned because my phone get stolen a week ago.
Please someone help me I was wrongfully IP banned because my phone got stolen earlier this week, I was on my vacation to my parent's/cousins/aunts place because my grandmother was in critical condition, she in ICU at the moment. Unfortunately, on the way to the place which is very far from I was currently living I was robbed without me noticing. I suspect that the car that I hop on into that day day did stole my phone and charger. All my information, emails, PayPal, everything was there. Luckily, I one email address is still on my PC. Please unban me please, I didn't use any cheat or anything like that, I'm a very casual player, yes but not a cheater. There is no fun if I use cheat and I've playing this game for almost 2 years now, clean. I hope you guys will see this and hoping that taking my case into consideration.
I think the system mistakenly portrayed my account as BotNetwork because I was trying to gain access to my gmail account in multiple of phones during that time, I have no idea that my account will be terminated with such minor mistake. My phone got stolen but IP banning my account is like the nail to my coffin. My life is so ****ed up at this point...
