i have same problem to
Dude i created so many characters and sell them after they are full bis, and playing again new char from beginning, and so on over and over. Coins that i earned i gifted to my friends and guildies as a reward for efforts or progress or simply kindness, and now i cannot send gifts anymore. OK, no problem but at least they need to inform community about changes on site. I have 204 coins that i will never use for myself bcs i love to gearing new chars and also cannot send them to anybody. Once more if i knewed about this, i would never sold my character at first...Quote:

Create a ticket here on site, ask for manual gift transfer. Or at least they will tell you exactly how to get it done.
