Hello. I bought a recostumization with 10 coins but, when i try to finish the changes in game, says could not customize character.
I have not WOD model, or any other addons that could affect.
I read on the forum that this problem has happened before, but I can't find the solution.
I also tried to send a ticket for the GM and I didn't know how, haha omg help me lovely people.
I have the same problem, and neither the GM in the game ticket nor premium support knows what to do about it yet. They wrote something about an invalid name, but I tried a different name and it still doesn't work. I tried clearing the cache, which didn't help either. Sometimes it is said that restarting the server helps, but the problem has been going on for more than a week.
