2 of 3 characters from Icecrown moved to Blackrock PvP

As title states, I am returning after a multi-year break. I have a premium account and only played on Icecrown realm, to raid and play PvE content with my friends. Upon returning I had to rename my only character left on that realm and see my warrior and dk are both on Blackrock as inactive. I attempted to log them in to reactivate in order to try and transfer, but it just says failed.

I searched forum but did not find a solution....am I missing something? Please let me know if there is a resolution to this, as I really don't want to have to fully gear out 2 new toons.

We have never moved characters to Blackrock ourselves. As far as I remember we haven't even offered Coin or Points transference to that server. Even if that was available at some point and I just forgot, someone with access to the account would have manually done it and they'd be stuck in Blackrock now anyway.

I know for a fact this was not done by me or anyone on my account, and I was solely playing on Icecrown with my raiding guild. Its just not possible with 2FA, as well as checking what IPs have logged in my account. Would this be something that happened by default because I missed something while not being present for the last few seasons? I have taken breaks before and never had to log in and rename any characters either, but had to this time. In fact I remember the last time I logged in, I mailed a few things between toons on that realm...I cant understand how 2 of my main raid toons got moved to a instant 80 PvP server, while they are still decked out in ICC raid gear that I earned raiding.

No, there was nothing happening "by default" that would result in characters being transferred from Icecrown to Blackrock by us. Even inactivity clean-ups only remove names or outright delete characters, there's no moving elsewhere.

I just realized that similar to my last remaining Icecrown toon, the 2 characters on Blackrock show to be unamed toons. If its a instant level 80 server, how did 2 characters get there without going thru the character creation process and being named? This is very confusing, I really hope I am missing something here because like I said theres no other IP logins and I live alone. I had 2FA enabled when I was playing regularly, as I was buying and spending points and coins on the store.

Since you say you used points and Coins on them, post a screenshot of your Marketplace history (https://www.warmane.com/account/history, Marketplace tab), please.

every year there is an inactivity clean-up (on all realms)

So, the reason why your characters on Icecrown/blackrock need a new name, is due to that

In case of low level characters they might be even deleted for inactivity (not if premium account)

Btw are you sure you were not playing on Frostmourne realm at one point? In that case every year that realm is resetted and characters need to be manually moved to Icecrown realm (if you wanna keep using them):

Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm

Everything just seems screwy here... I had to re-enable 2FA when i returned tonight, so there is no previous history. I know it was on years back because i SPECIFICALLY did it to acquite my Dread Pirate Ring. Then did a few other trades as well. If I was hacked well they are poor hackers, as I have all my valueable items and gear still intact on my last remaining toon there. I only played one realm the entire time and is was definitely Icecrown, as i still have a few active friends on there. Regardless, I cant prove to you my trade/services history and this is just becoming too much of a hassle to have fun, with no resolution in sight. I will move on to the next nostalgic game i suppose.

At first you claimed no one could have accessed the account because 2fa was active... now you're saying there's nothing in the Marketplace history to back your use of Coins because 2fa wasn't active (which makes no sense, the history isn't affected by 2fa being on or off)? These contradictions are... troublesome. But yeah, have fun out there.
