I am having a heck of a time trying to figure this out. There are no quests at Nessingway's Camp for me and the Washed Up Mage has nothing. I am at a complete loss as to how to get this recipe. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

yeah im maxed at 450 idk if ive done the taste test. there are no available quests at the camp for me
