keeps getting error 134!!! needs help

hy i was paying the game when suddanly i got an error 134
i tried to redownlowd the game and open it but the bug was still there
i tried to delete the casch and WTF foulders and still the problom was there
i remove the read only and moved the foulder to anther location and still got the error
what can i do??
