You should disable this function or option or whatever its called,since it doesnt work, mailing about ban also doesnt work.At least replying anything anywhere would do wonders :(..Regards,Celo

Ban Appeal tickets and emails have the lowest priority. Meaning it may take few weeks to get an reply.
