There is something seriously wrong with soloq sometimes. I lost 28 points in this game at 2k rating playing with two 1600 rated garbage cans against an about 1900 rated team. Absolutely nothing about this makes sense.
Why do i lose 28 points which is a MASSIVE amount while playing in the worse team?
I hope you can change something about this.
I think that playing DuoQ against SQ team is the reason, but not 100% sure.
DuoQ is advantage and you are losing more (double?) rating compared to the regular solo que

As per the rules of queueing as a duo you get half the gains at double the losses if against triple soloquers.
Duo is usually paired against a duo, but in case you are a healer griefed by 2 (bad/unlucky/inferior comp) dpses, and the match is vs 3x solo, the duo may level down your MMR hard but still cost 2x the rating per loss.
When I lose as a duo it can cost upwards of 25 rating when our mmr is higher than opponents' triple solo team
