"You've been disconnected from server"

I keep getting this message when I try to login.

I looked at past forum posts, changed compatibility mode, looked at config.wtf and realmlist.wtf files. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I type in my username with warmane as a username and try it and I get that. It connects and I see my character for like 5 seconds then I get this message.

I did just redownload the game after 4 years, my account is in good standing, and I downloaded the torrent files correctly.

My account is with Icecrown, WotLK
