There is a difference between tweaking blizz-like class mechanics and improvements that maximize people's ability to enjoy the game. The former is a nonstarter for most, but the latter can be argued from a Quality of Life improvement vs trade-off standpoint. The idea that skill trumps everything in this game is blatantly false. Composition > Gear > Skill in normal circumstances when the difference between each category for players are not too great, e.g. ilvl 200 vs 277.
